🔁 No Returns or Exchanges

All Mystery Bag purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as each item is randomly selected.

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear unboxing video proof showing the issue

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

📦 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Disliking the product received in the Mystery Bag

  • Minor variations in design, color, or finish

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

🚚 Shipping & Customs

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Any customs duties or import taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable

⏳ Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
