How the Mystery Bag Works

Each Mystery Bag contains one surprise jewellery item — this could be a necklace, ring, bracelet, bangle, or a pair of earrings. At the time of ordering, you can choose a preferred colour. Inside your package, you’ll find a colour tag.

If it matches your selected colour, you win one additional Mystery Bag at no extra cost. Every successful match earns you another bag — and there’s no limit to how many you can receive.

Be sure to select your preferred colour(s) when placing your order. If no choice is made, a random colour will be assigned.

You’re also welcome to message us on social media within an hour of placing your order with specific preferences (for example, preference to exclude any one type of item - rings / necklaces / bangles or bracelets / earrings, etc.) While we’ll try to consider your requests, we cannot promise they will always be fulfilled.
